KLM Group Ltd acquires Allied Technologies Australia Pty Ltd

KLM Group Limited (ASX code: KLM) has concluded an agreement with Allied Group Pty Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Allied Technologies Group Limited (ASX code: ATZ) to acquire its wholly owned subsidiary, Allied Technologies Australia Pty Ltd (“ATA”). The acquisition is the third by KLM Group over recent months.

ATA operates a cabling and network infrastructure business in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane and Townsville. It specialises in the design, integration, installation and maintenance of communications networks primarily for delivery of secure voice, data, video and web based communications services. ATA’s client base includes both Federal and State Governments and multinational companies though to medium sized enterprises. ATA has a workforce of approximately 85 personnel across the four operational centers.
